This blog headline was on a bumper sticker I saw near Rye, New Hampshire not too long ago and, man, did it resonate with me. It reminded me of the other popular bumper sticker featuring various religious symbols in a kind of plea, “can’t we all just get along?!”

As the election cycle heats up, though I can’t imagine it getting any hotter but we know it will, we’ll witness more and more mudslinging between politicians with veiled – and not so veiled – references to religion.

Shouldn’t our mission be to live and let live where religion is concerned? Isn’t that what our Founding Fathers intended?

That’s what we do here at Red Wheel/Weiser. Our books are varied, offering something for everyone across the religious and spiritual spectrum and never once have we advocated one particular form of study over any other.

One size does not fit all and God is too big to fit into one religion.
