Noa Belling holds a master’s degree in somatic psychology through Naropa University, the birthplace of the modern mindfulness movement. She has taught applied somatic psychology for over a decade, and runs a private psychotherapy practice. For this book, Noa writes from her experience as a former professional ballet dancer. Dance regularly filled her with joy while strengthening, stretching, and grounding her body in ways that supported her resilience and topped up her happiness through life’s ups and downs.
